Hey, fellow vidya lovers! What’s red, blue, green, and streams? I’m not guaranteeing anything here.
THAT’S RIGHT! It’s VidyaGameZ! And here with your blog is me! Venom! I’d like to wrap up this month in video gaming after the break!

Aha! A Brave New World quote! Now that I have your attention, time for a blog post!
Now that 2013 is here, let’s get on some game news!
And that’s it… for now. I plan on buying Metal Gear Rising, so I’ll drop a review of that when I grab it.
Hello, fellow gamers!~ It’s Venom here. It’s that time of year again, where all the game/console companies try and swoon you over with their EXCELLENT DEALS~ Now, let’s get started with the deals!

Hello, VGZ. I’m Venom, and I’m here to blog about Tokyo Game Show (TGS) 2012! While it may not be over yet, I thought I’d give some updates for those who haven’t been paying attention (which is probably very few of you).
Some of the most recent news:
Man, it seems like Sony is having a good time with TGS so far. I feel like they’ve pretty much got this one under wraps, and they’ve practically stolen the show.
Video game summer is here again; my computer fans are groaning in the heat, and very little is happening in the world of videogame releases.
Just a few ruminations on the recent E3 and things tangential.
1. Being a game journalist ronin kind of suits Adam Sessler, but dude needs his own podcast/show stat. This needs to happen.
2. Best coverage of E3 by far was the after hours Giant Bomb podcasts, which I wouldn’t have even known about if I hadn’t been looking at stupid unrelated Tweets. Justin Mcelroy talking about “Time Belt” was the funniest thing ever (subject came up because the latest Dance Central game is going to have some kind of goofy time travel plot). Do a google search for Justin Mcelroy time belt if you want some instant entertainment.
What’s up, party people.
Doing this calendar a little early this month, so I’m sure they’ll be some changes and additions to be made as April rolls in.
The reprint of the DS game Radiant Historia that I touched on in this month’s release calendar has apparently happened, as Amazon now lists the game as “in stock” (instead of available from third party sellers for $100 +). Despite announcing that this reprint was going to happen over an email, Atlus has been strangely stealthy about the actual release date. Hopefully they’ll be enough copies to satisfy everyone that missed it the first time. But really, I can’t see them running out of copies in this print run. After all, despite being an excellent game, it’s still a niche title.
Price is listed at $34.99. Destructoid and 1up have decent reviews up if you’ve just read this and are like “Radiant wha???”.
